  • SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers our transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, replies);
  • SiteBunker — hosts our email mailboxes;
  • our website and application hosting provider — stores the site and its data securely;
  • Google Maps — only to show our location on the contact page; it does not receive your personal or health data.

How we protect your data

Personal and health data is encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorised staff, and any files you upload are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

International transfers
