Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us provide appointments fairly to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Client cancellations
- Appointments cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may be cancelled or rescheduled without consequence.
- If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend appointments without prior notice, may result in Prime Integrative Health reserving the right to discontinue treatment or decline future bookings.
Therapist cancellations
In the unlikely event that your therapist needs to cancel your appointment, Prime Integrative Health will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.
If your therapist cancels on the day of your scheduled appointment, we will:
- Rebook your appointment at the earliest mutually convenient opportunity; and
- Offer you a 15% discount on your rescheduled appointment as a gesture of goodwill.
