Refund Policy
Consultation and treatment fees are charged for the professional time, expertise and services provided by our practitioners.
When fees are refundable
- Once a consultation or treatment session has taken place, fees are non-refundable.
- Where an appointment has not yet taken place, rescheduling or cancellation is subject to the terms set out in our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where Prime Integrative Health determines that a refund is appropriate, or where a refund is required under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other relevant UK legislation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any legal rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us in writing at the address below, providing full details of your request. Each request will be reviewed on its individual merits, and you will receive a written response as soon as reasonably practicable.
